You get a written quote
An itemised document, not a number over the phone. You read it, and you sign it online if you want it. Nothing starts before that signature.
You watch it happen
Each stage of the work is marked off and photographed by the crew as they go. You can see where the job actually is without asking anybody.
You keep the record
Materials, warranties, permits, photographs and cost stay attached to your property permanently — so the next owner, or your insurer, can see exactly what was done.
