By taking on cost-effective civic contracts to restore public parks, civic landmarks, and community centers, we simultaneously build a robust Gen Z pipeline of skilled labor. This model clears deferred city maintenance while providing local youth with structured, empowering career trajectories—taking them from raw talent to proud project foremen and keeping Northwest Indiana's future builders actively invested in their own communities.
